  • 1 270g Old Cheddar Cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup bottled sweet red peppers (drained well and finely chopped)
  • 3 Tbsps honey
  • 2 Tbsps softened butter or Becel

Here's How:

  • In a bowl, combine all the ingredients and mix well with a spoon until fully combined.
  • Transfer to a lidded food container and refrigerate until needed.
  • Serve with sliced bread, toasted if preferred.

***Add more mayonnaise if you prefer a looser texture. And additional honey, if you want a sweeter spread.
***You can make the peppers from scratch. Just grill one red bell pepper until softened and all sides are charred. Place in a bowl, cover with cling wrap ( to trap the heat and moisture for easier peeling ) until cool, peel off the charred skin, drain with paper towels and chop finely.
